While known primarily for asphalt paving, Stark provides full-service concrete paving and flatwork services in partnership with many ready-mix concrete suppliers. Stark is also a supplier of asphalt paving mixtures and recycled crushed aggregates to a number of contractors and municipalities, as well as a WisDOT-certified asphalt binder supplier for standard and polymer-modified grades.

Founded in 1965, Stark Pavement Corporation began with one asphalt plant and has grown to include multiple facilities across Wisconsin.
